When we first worked together in 2002 we used to say “when we get our own shop it will have salami hanging, black & white checkered floors, family & food photos all over the walls and a big chrome coffee machine.
Be careful what you wish for! “Passione” is the brain child of two great friends, Nick Spallone and David Infirri.
Nick is originally from Vancouver and his background is Swiss, Italian & Argentinian (he is also not too shabby in speaking most of these languages). David was born in Perth with parents migrating from Sicily & Calabria. The one thing they have in common is their love for serving fresh, good quality homemade food. ”Food is everything!” It’s all we talk about. When we sit down for lunch we talk about what’s for dinner. That’s the way we have grown up.
Passione offers the same foods we have grown up on. Cold meats, cheeses, antipasto & panini. If you aren’t in the mood to cook there is a range of ready made meals including lasagnas, pizzas, quiches, homemade fritters and fresh salads made everyday. Corica cakes are delivered fresh everyday. Made in Northbridge since 1957, these Italian delicacies are made using fresh real cream, Italian style custard and the lightest pastry.

Passione started 2 ½ years ago with a small team and a vision of providing Kingsley and the
surrounding area with quality food, gourmet ingredients and fresh espresso style coffee. Since
then the team has grown in every part of that vision. We at Passione are committed, creative, work
really well as a team and are passionate about food and customer service.
Creating our own recipes,
providing advice and coming up with new and innovative ideas, the staff has so much to share with
